Given your style of art, I can't really see anything too wrong with this aside from the top of the background being a little uneven (that could be my eyes playing tricks on me and just some stray color, though). This is actually pretty... well, pretty. I actually love the way the hair is done, and the coloring is beautiful.

Not to mention the background-in-a-box. That looks downright awesome. :3

I had to redraw that line a few times to get it looking right on paper, and I didn't have my t square, so I was using a paint sample board. Figure: Garners an "eh" at first glance, but a detailed study is rewarded with flashes of very interesting technique. Grows on you.

Cityscape: Semi-surreal allegory of big city as kingdom, complete with skyscraper castle. Reminiscent of the Emerald City of Oz.

Haha, I'm going to have to throw some random avian-type in my artwork more often! :3 I envy big time at the artists here who draw these wonderfully beautiful figures, but the way I imagine most of the characters I draw in my head is flat chested and stylized. >:3 Lumina is the only one the escapes the "eh," I think. But I'm glad it grows on ya. :3

And yes, it DOES resemble the Emerald City, and not just in colour- Not to mention a slight resemblance to Seattle, which is also called by some, the "Emerald city". :)
