Looks like an epic speech that would be taking place in front of a ten thousand strong army.
Not sure of said army allegiance though...the colors of the banner would seem to suggest they might be on the Bad side.
He could be yelling something along the lines of
"NEVER AGAIN!!!
OUR TIME HAS COME MY BROTHERS, NEVER AGAIN WILL THE FORCES OF LIGHT STAND IN OUR WAY. WE WILL PUSH INTO THE PATHETIC KINGDOM OF OUR ENEMY AND TEAR OUT IT'S HEART!!!
WE SHALL END THIS CONFLICT THAT HAS LASTED FOR COUNTLESS GENERATIONS AND PLUNGE THIS WORLD INTO DARKNESS FOREVER!!!"
Or something along those lines....but that's just what I think ^_^
