Submitted for the electronics geeks watching me here. I spent 2014 cleaning up and streamlining my electronics workbench. No new equipment; just took what I had and organized it better so I didn't have dust collecting on everything.
Doesn't the afternoon sunlight give it a nice, warm glow? *gets all dreamy*

I have handheld units, but I've always had trouble seeing them when I'm in the middle of wires and probes all over the place. Usually it has to be off to the side and the LCD display gets hard to see. Also not so good in low light. The display on the benchtop one is a VFD and can be seen across the room, nice big digits, and I never have to worry about where it is.
