A lot of marker blending and white gel pens.
It also depends on the piece. Sometimes I color it from the back and then use a colorless blender to bring the color to the front (like I did with this one) and sometimes I color the front and then just attack it with a blender on both the front and the back of the paper.
It takes a lot of time but always worth it.
