EEP! Now there's a sight that will drive any micro in a 5 mile radius to flee in terror.
You know, considering that Kitilia hangs around the city all the time and tends to be pretty friendly and helpful, you'd think the micros would be willing to give her food to keep her being friendly and happy towards them. Or at the very least to avoid everyone nearby having to change their pants when seeing them fight over food like this.
By the way, are foxes canine? I see many people refer to them as such, but I was under the impression that foxes are vulpines, and that while both vulpines and canines are part of the canid family, foxes aren't actually part of the canine family.

Vulpes Vulpes.
They are considered canines by scientists, however they have alot of feline traits as well (slitted eyes for one)
Can't go wrong with saying Vulpine, just like wolves are Lupine, and cats are Feline. But because we have a snout... we're "canine"
Kit is still a giant though, and because of such, people still fear her for what she potentially can do, even if just by accident.
She'd not want to cause harm, and it would take alot to feed her. In a human world, you know that humans can be stingy, and wouldn't just give up food at random.

Yeah, I have heard a lot of people refer to foxes as something that seems like a cross between a dog and a cat, sometimes even jokingly referring to them as "catdogs", I wasn't aware that the type of snout was a classification for canine though. I don't really know much about biology. Hmm, I know lupine refers to the wolf family, but where does that fit in? I know it's under the canid family, but is lupine a subfamily under the canid family, or a genis/species under the canine family, or am I just way off? .... or is it just another way of saying canine but specifically meaning wolves?
Anyway....
Heh, and yeah, I can certainly understand why in a world mostly populated by humans they would be scared of a building-sized sapient carnivorous predator. Actually, I recall a line from one of Kusanagi's stories that puts it perfectly:
Karen turned off the TV in a huff. Calling her a monster was one thing, she had fangs, claws, and a few hundred tons on any human. Fair enough, mean, but fair enough. Mocking her acting ability was just kicking her while she was down.
But even with the potential to cause accidental harm from her size alone, you'd think they would start being a little less scared of her after she has been visiting the city for a long time and never hurts anyone. Especially if she helps around like some of those previous ones of her aiding in construction showed.
A lot of food in the more developed countries is tossed away on a daily basis anyway, unless that country suffers from hunger they probably would have a lot to spare. Granted, maybe not enough to feed families of giants, but it would be more than that small piece of steak those poor macros are hungry enough to fight over that. *shrug* People share their food all the time anyway... or try to get on someone's good side by buying them lunch.
... sorry, I am WAYYY over-thinking that is just supposed to be a silly little comedic picture.
