So I finally got around to playing with the davinci paper I got through kickstarter! This stone paper is actually really fun. It's water resistant so the paint marbles while it dries. Additionally I don't have to tape down the paper since it doesn't warp while it dries. It's a really different experience not having wood fibers in paper. It's strangely quiet to sketch on too. I guess I never noticed how much noise is made by a pencil in paper until it's silent.
