★ Prices shown are a estimated and can be varied at my discretion. I have the right to name my price and I do not have to negotiate, whether you're a friend, family, or a stranger I just met.
☆ Please do not try to befriend me in a few days to get some cheap art from me, it won't work, I know who my friends are and I choose who I give lower prices to, or gifts.
★ I will name the final price at the end of a discussion and if you don't like it, then sorry but I have things to do, you can check out other people's prices if you're not happy with mine. The prices are cheaper because I am so choosy, so bear that in mind.

So what you need to do is fine the piece style you're considering, let's say, a Full body Fluzz piece with two characters for this example.
So a Fluzz one character is $13.
Two characters? You add 50% of that 13 on to the single character price first, so that's $13 + $7.50 = $20.50 for the character total.
Now, we want a full body view of these characters, so that's additionally $10. The final price is $30.50.
So make sure to add the %-age on for the character count BEFORE you add the body-length, or shading style addition price. You don't want to pay too much!
Any comics and reference sheets I make will be a rarity; I will choose to do characters I find have personality, are interesting and that I can summon up an image of pretty much immediately. Comics must already include story board from you (frame layout and what you want in each one).

☆ Please don't pay me until I say to do so, okay? I will only ask for it when I have completed over 50% of the piece and you can clearly see the results you want are on the way. If you do not like something, please tell me at this point. If you pay me and I haven't asked you to yet, and I decide to reject the order at a later date for any reason, you probably will not get that money back. You might, but I run tightly on money and have things to pay with it. If you give me money... well. Foolish and you clearly weren't reading these rules and terms, were you?
★ I will never raise my final price after we agree one one, so there won't be any unexpected increases, though there may be a decrease for you in the case of delays.
☆ I am sorry but I do not accept IMVU Credits for any of my products at this time.

★ Your payment means being able to distribute your commission where you desire, and in whichever applications you see fit. However you must credit me for my work.
☆ You have the right to upload your commission to your gallery, but again, please credit me for my work. I usually watermark my pieces but still, please do mention in a footnote that it is my artwork, even though it's your character of choice and possibly your idea.
★ You can try and ask me to remove the watermark. That will not be happening and will result in a to-the-face chuckle. I may in certain circumstances move it to another part of the picture, though it's usually positioned subtly or tastefully anyway, in the background on a soft light.
☆ I have the right to charge what I want for the art work, but I will not alter the price down to personal reasons very often. I have food to buy, rent to pay and if you give me money before I tell you to as agreed in these conditions, then that's just rendering yourself null and void. I will finish the piece but if you pay me for a service I haven't provided, in most worlds that's how charities work. If you want to give me money I haven't earned, by all means, thank you. But it doesn't guarantee you'll get your artwork or that you'll see it again if you don't.
★ I have the right to change the order of my to-do list about if I know one piece might only take a few hours and another will take a couple of days. However, I will work evenly on all pieces. Just because yours is in a middle slot or someone overtakes you doesn't mean I'm ignoring your piece. They're in the order I've been doing them most recently, and how much they're finished. If you've paid me and I've done more than half, and asked for payment, it's getting done.
☆ Please don't hassle me about your commission. I am just one person and I have a real life to enjoy as well as my art work. This, on top of my mental health problems and my agent breathing down my neck for my novel to get finished. Art is meant to be my escape, so please don't make it a chore too. However, know that I would never be doing this if it wasn't a passion, so I will get around to it as soon as I can. I'll add you on Skype and show you progress at request. I won't lie to you if I've been putting it off a lil so don't worry. No fobbing will be done.
★ Payment at the time I set it to be paid ensures your artwork will be finished, but does not ensure it will be finished that day, or super-soon. I'm only half done and if it's taken me a few days already, then maybe another two or three will pass - or even a week or two.
☆ I have the right to reject orders, and take on whichever orders I want. I'm not your slave, nor am I Walmart. I'm not going to sell you something I don't want to sell.
★ I will draw NSFW images, however, I have the right pick and choose what I want to draw. I won't draw anything I don't feel comfortable depicting, but I'm quite open-minded at the end of the day so don't be afraid to ask me. Seriously. I may not be into your fetish but I mean, I'm the one looking at vore and watersports so I can't really pass judgement. This is a more specific list of what I'm happy to draw, not necessarily what I'm into personally.
☆ I will do my best to complete the order to the best of my ability but please be specific with it if you need to be. I cannot read your mind. However, I do love being artistically licensed to play so that's awesome if you don't mind being flexible. Down side is that it might not be what you have in mind, but plus side is I'll be able to do a lot more with it, flair-wise.
