~splats had posted, and I instantly fell in love with this character :3 The line art was drawn by

waitress with some changes and the design by ~splats

There is no way I'm not going to make him into a fursuit at some point. His big, fluffy, poofy tail is too much to pass up! x3

He was an otter named Splash, but he felt to childish for me. Simeon is more of an adult character, and I believe that fits me more now :3
