I had been wanting to draw Arzu again for a little over a week now, so today I sat down and decided to draw up a portrait of my old muse, the benevolent (though occasionally mischievous) nature goddess.
There have been a few changes to her appearance; those of you familiar with her will probably notice them. This drawing took me a great deal of time and effort, somewhere in the vicinity of 4 1/2 hours without a break, to include a scrap and restart. The hair gave me the most trouble, having no real idea how I wanted to go about achieving the look I wanted. I was aiming for more of a "mane" look than an actual hairstyle and I think I managed to pull it off.
