I would of taken Paradise 9 over the apartment complex(College Arms) that I use to live at before moving to Kay Larkin Apt. complex.
If you're ever in Putnam County looking for a place to live. Stay away from College Arms unless you want your apartment broken into(My family was vary lucky because right after we moved out, another family moved into it and a few months later the apt was broken into.), have a meth lab in the apartment right across from yours. Have a car come flying on in with a Sheriff Cruiser right on the car's tail only to then turn into a standoff between a wanted person and the local Special Weapons And Tactics. Or the worst one would be you being told by another family that living in the apt below tell you that they don't have stereo system blaring loudly while your newborn baby is trying to sleep. only to then play that stereo system even louder after they told you that they didn't have one.
And you can forget trying to get any sleep at night since people that don't even live at the apt complex come park their cars in the parking lot with those freaking loud bass blaring so loud that you can feel the whole apartment building shaking.

Well it may for you. But as for Snow is amazing and Florida's Heat sucks.
And I could care less about all the things I may have to do to get it out of the way. Like I can get a Snowblower to clear my driveway. Install a natural gas generator so when the power goes out I'll still have power in my house. Get my water from a well instead of from the city. Have a Satellite phone so if landlines and cellular services are down I can still stay in touch with people. If I need to go out on the roads I'd get myself either a bearcat(it a type of tracked vehicle used in artic expeditions), airboat and just skim across the top of the snow n' ice, and as the last resort snowshoes, crosscountry skis, or just simply stay put.
