Who her, couldn't be, then who?
By the looks of it though, chances are it was Sweetie Belle. Rarity just can't stop leaving those cookies out. And whenever she does hide them away, Sweetie's magic has gotten too good. It's a lost cause at this point. Massive filly unfortunately leads to cookie shortages.
