I've never had sights on my bow...We're not allowed to have those things when doing target archery in the SCA anyways ;) I'm just barely getting away with having an arrow rest on my bow (which I didn't draw in the picture), I had to have it put on my bow while I was at the archery store since I don't have archer's gloves to do what I can do in that picture XD Drawing archers gloves was just easier to draw then an arm guard and finger guard on the other hand.

I think it'd look kinda weird to put sights on my wooden longbow anyways XD

I have to admit, I am not a fan of the SCA. I'd rather hit the target. in competitive archery, you must use a five spot target, because if you use a single spot, you can put all your arrows in a the space of a quarter, and this will break some of them.

Yeah, it's a 5 spot target :) I don't even bother with Royal Rounds, I'm not *that* good XD And besides, I just like doing it for the fun of it; it's rare for me to even keep score :)

Not at all a bad job of perspective. I've seen many that didn't work out so well. The extended arm seems a little more exaggerated than strictly necessary, but other than that it looks pretty good.
