I work on a really high resolution its around 2500x2500 or more. I zoom out to 33.33% in sai and paint most of it while zoomed out to work quickly. I only zoom in for detail work, but since these aren't high quality painted I don't do as much detail work. So that keeps it quick and relatively good quality.
