Vietnam! My in-laws went there last year and brought it back (the brand is Ginkgo Vietnam, in case you want to look them up online!).

I used to have a few budgies that loved to do odd things...... Chico used to nest in the crook of my elbow( he actually pulled at my hand until my arm was in the right position) so he could watch TV with me..... Carmen was a mean one as she used to attack everyone including breaking out of her cage and attacking me in my sleep.... And Hoover I saved from the wild before another animal got him he loved to land on moving ceiling fans and doing laps around the house or building up speed to power dive into the couch...... I felt bad when I had to give them up when I had to move.... But anyway this reminded me of the weird shit they used to do.....
