CUDDLE BEAH ALERT

TRUTTLE.
I SWEAR THE BEAH ISN'T WHITE. The color of the canson paper is a peach- like the Truttle Beah. But my scanner decides that the paper and pigment doesn't know what it really is, and decides to mix and match colours the way IT sees fit.
That hair is not orange, but yellow.
The outlining colours of the pillows is NOT grey but purple.
And the shadows on the Truttle beah is purple. And FAR more contrasted.
YOU WILL SEE I AM NOT LYING WHEN YOU SEE THE ORIGINAL!
Asides from that, let me say that I always forget how insane it is to paint roses. I always remind myself this, and end up deciding that Roses are the *perfect* thing to include.
Well this time around it was SUPER crazy, because the last 3 days I have had the flu [2 days I stayed at home] with fever and horrible nausea and guess what I decide to paint?
Yah, I'm attributing my slow re-coup time to those roses.

I love how varied these calendars are. Yours is so full of anger and blood, Truttle's full of cuddly bear and natural scenes, Soba's full of intellectualism and classiness, and Aidan's full of seagulls. XD

Sorry to hear you've been under the weather. Hope you feel better soon. And now we all know what flowers not to send you for recovery. But the roses certainly did come out really amazing, despite their apparent status as floral pariahs. ^v^
