He's after a new and deadly smart ill Species, the City Shrill. his synthetic eye is normally not that color, but when he's rill pissed the color changes. Jewel (the jack jumper on his shoulder) is trained to help him spot things on his left side. as the synthetic eye is good, but no match for a natural eye. and last one of his "Twin Shrill Shots" with a costume paint job.
