[--Sorang Anghel--]
Deep within the woods, a fox angel is waiting for you to come with her...
"...if you're doing art, you must face your weakness. Because once you face this in your job, you won't be able to accomplish it," that's what my professor said in my school.
Those words that I can't argue with. It's true, you must face your weakness in art in order to succeed becoming an artist.
My weakness is this. Realism. It might not be that good, but atleast I did try hard.
Sorang Anghel is the tagalog word for "Fox Angel".
Took me a while to think up of a pose and the design. But I decided to go simple and draw away. XD
I'm also thinking if I should continue making these kind of art. =3
Drawn on 9" x 12" Oslo Paper and took me 2 days to finish this. I used 0.5 Mechanical Pencil and a Thick Pencil.

I think you came up with a very good attempt at realism. Certainly, far better than anything I could have done, but then, you're much more skilled than I am. While you may be much better at the kind of half cartoon art you draw all the time, this really proves you still have talent, drawing in other styles, as well.
And try you did, quite magnificently I might add. Unfortunately, I think the only area you succeeded at what the fancy artists call "realism" is the ear fluff shading. I still catch whiffs of your style everywhere else.
Not like this is stopping me from +Faving it and saving it to my drive.
