Vo’Lec, one of the drakhan “Kirin Twins”. Ni’Lec, his brother, as implied, looks quite similar; he’ll get some screentime sometime.
Lightning/Shadow breed. (Ni’lec is Lightning/Light). He’s the Demizal blood source for Kiera. I imagine him forever with a refined British accent and a big fan of tea and chess. By this point of portrayal in plot he's a little over 100 years old, sooo... middle-aged for a drakhan, serving as a 'lieutenant' of sorts to the older, strategy-focused Stratus during the massacre/war started by certain undesirables in the species.
