Probably should explain.
While DT is a bully, she never stalked the CMC wherever they went specifically to bully them, whereas Babs Seed pretty much did that for the sake of not getting bullied by DT. Babs probably wouldn't have ended up being a bigger bully than DT if she didn't constantly harass the CMC. This is what's known as "Crossing the Moral Event Horizon". Anything Babs has done to make herself more likeable by the end of the episode doesn't matter in the slightest because of this.
