Your lines + screentones work surprisingly well together. The way you've soften the lines really helps pull the two together. Almost glows.
(Some kind of filter? I've seen the effect before. You artist folks and your digital trickery.)

Also, interesting way to color that. I was just recently admiring some artwork that included this effect [though it wasn't done all over like this, neat!] so it's super cool to see a whole piece with it.

P.S. I meant to say on the inked version, you did do a good job on the shoes, especially if you haven't drawn them in forevers. Shoes is hard.
