Since they were invented, back in 1957, by Dr Geoffrey Pooltoy of Duckport, Ohio. He developed it for er... other reasons, then found out it actually served as a floatation device in a pool.

would it be safe to assume by "you", you refer to Negadrake, the client? Cus if you are, I can pass on the message. But if you be referring to myself, the silver thing with a beakface, youre gonna be sorely disappointed.
