Very distinct and powerful. A unicorn, but I see a large number of feline (or at least carnivore) traits from the fangs to the clawed hands. It definitely breaks unicorn stereotypes by being powerful and masculine.
Blue is one of my favorite colors as well, and there's a positively electric look to him using blues and grays.
