Awesome work I always admired Ripkin

I've kept my eye on his doings for a long time and I know him so well by now that I can't avoid being a bit cynical about the things he tries to pull off. The comic I've been drawing about Rip and Malek is mainly for fun, but Rip has taken part in some "serious" storylines as well.

I think he would be more happy being the prime minister. Presidents mostly just wield ceremonial power; they represent the country and shake hands with all kinds of foreign people. Ripkin doesn't have time for such displays. *aristocratic sniff*

That's a really nice illustration you made of him. I like the hair and the eyes especially. I think his fur patches look a bit like a lazy smudge tool, though. ^_^'

Yeah, lazy smudge tool is exactly what it is. It's the only way I know how to make hair tufts. Usually it works pretty well, I think, but this time it came out looking rather messy.

I've always thought of him mainly as a sniveling bastard, but maybe he still has hope considering that he has convinced you with this cuteness factor. =)

Despite how much he abuses himself, smokes, drinks, gets beaten on etc... he is still looking pretty good for someone with so much mileage. . . and that is possibly the reason behind the white hair.

He used to have black hair, but it turned white already when he was a couple of years old. He died at that age for the first time and was later resurrected by these couple of mages and their necromancer friend. These days he dies a lot, but he just keeps coming back. He's such an old geezer I'm surprised that his fur is still black.

I'm not sure if "great" would be the best way to describe him in this context. It makes him sound too admirable. He definitely likes politics and he knows how to operate on that area very well. But he's also the kind of person who thinks that orchestrating an ethnic cleansing every now and then is a good way to run a nation. :\

So his form of politics is kinda shady, lol
