In the days of ancient antiquity, the Avian race was the most powerful species on planet Anthoria. Their god Aviaz kept a direct link to his favored children and the avians prospered.

After thousands of years of superiority, their great civilization was toppled. The Gilded Mountain, capital and seat of power of the avain empire, was blasted to dust-- effectively erasing their legacy from the world.

In the far far distant future that legacy is rediscovered. Through this revival of their ancient ideals and reunification of their scattered bloodlines, the avians again rise as one of the most powerful peoples among the anthro races.
