I meant to do this back on December 31st, but life got in the way.
On December 31st, 2007. A certain web comic came into the world. Skin Horse , for those who do not know is a web comic written and illustrated by the duo of Shaenon K. Garrity and Jeffrey C. Wells and they recently added colorist (is that the proper title?) Pancha Diaz. The story is about a shadow social services program for the nonhuman denizens of the US, they are usually the product of mad science.
The being in the stained-glass windowesque illustration is the lone human on staff, Dr. Dennis "Tip" Wilkin. He was originally a soldier in the US Army who made Captain before retiring. During his last tour, he discovered his love of cross dressing as seen here in his favorite dress, a 1939 Mainbocher wine silk strapless with matching shoes and gauntlets. I have limited experience with drawing weapons, but Tip's signature weapon, Alice: a ·38 Colt Commando Service Revolver.
