I really, really love Tikal. Her kind heart and very gentle personality has always just made me adore her. It's such a shame such a wonderful character got such a small part in the games, comics and shows. :( Though not likely, I would love to see her again one day.

Anyways, on to the drawing itself.

I tried stepping out of my comfort zone for this one. I tried doing an actual background (and not the worst in the world) and tried using cooler, less popping colors instead of my usual bright, warm colors. I really think it turned out pretty well. >v< I need to draw more of the official characters.

I think this roughly took me about 7-8 hours.
