The first in what will surely be a long line of gift art for practice ^^

This is Buffalo for fireliger ^^ She's such a pretty character, and I can't resist drawing a huge fluffy husky tail!!! <3

I'm attempting to practice mainly anatomy, poses, and style.... So if you like it/hate it, I'd love to hear your thoughts :3

One of the challenges I'm facing with these practice sketches is that I don't have time to add color, so I'm trying hard to represent the character accurately without color. Tell me what you think?

I left the sketch behind the ink because I quite like the way it looks. I finally got to use my nice set of microns I got awhile back, too! I used to do a TON of ink work like this, just nice lines and spending a lot of time making every line look good. These days it kills my hand and .... well I don't have the time for it. xD
