Here's another one of my 'colorized encores' (adding hues to an old black-and-white drawing I'd posted some years ago in "FA")...
Having actually seen sea otters off the Pacific coast in central California (as well as up close and personal at venues like the Monterey Bay Aquarium) in 1988, I would eventually be inspired to draw a few of them, when I got back home to New York.
But, by far, my favorite rendering was a comic gag (and no pun intended) about a rather seasick sea otter, and his mate (who obviously complains about it).
Luckily, this nauseous male has access to a 'barf bag' - otherwise, I might have had a tough time, trying to determine was color(s) otter vomit would look like!
Anyway, I'm still seriously considering making a handmade "get well" greeting card out of this image (whether in color or black-and-white)...
The smaller, black-and-white of this comic strip can be found at this link: http://www.furaffinity.net/view/1788868/
