Starkin are simple folk that live in what they call ‘Heaven’s Light’. Covered head to toe in light apparel, using materials that are both light and form fitting, some adorn themselves in feathers, others may cover themselves in fabrics made of light or cloud. They come in many forms such as Star Jumpers, Gas Burners, even Cloud Weavers. Each has an uncanny ability related to what they are. Some can bend light into fabric, others can stich clouds together to create objects. Whatever a Starkin’s ability they will spend their life mastering their craft. The best and brightest amongst them become what they call Ferrymen, a sort of Guardian Angel for the dwellers beneath the stars. If you happen to catch a glimpse, make a wish. For they will make it come true.
