Look what I did on Picarto today! (livestream). I decided last minute to sneak in his Bloodline eye, when he is in his Bloodline state both his eyes look like that, and then he puts on those goggles. But when he overexerts himself in his Bloodline state, his one eye will stay in that state for a while - That is why I decided to include it into his headshot.
This took me about five to six hours on Photoshop CS6 with a Genius tablet.
