Nice and simple
Ingredients
Honey soaked Walnut halves - Get a jar of good raw honey, remove about two teaspoons of honey and set aside, eat or use it up. In the jar stuff as many fresh walnut halves in as will fit, put the top back on and sit in a warm place for about a week before using.

Salt and Pepper
Butter
Method
1. Set up your mushrooms: wash, peel, brush or clean mushrooms as you choose and remove the stem put a small blob of butter where the stem was and apply a walnut half with a little honey, sprinkle with salt and pepper
2. In a non-stick skillet on medium heat, place a little butter and sit the mushrooms in.
3. Let them cook through undisturbed until the mushrooms are darker and soft. Approximately 10 minutes
4. Serve as they are or with toast or bread.
