Hugo is a rather punk-ish Frog that grew up on the crime side of life, being a rather high ranking member in many a gang throughout his years. Though growing up in such a life, he is actually a 'lone wolf', preferring no company in pursuits of wealth or information (Unless the person accompanying has some rather expensive things with which to loot). If Hugo can't be found on the wrong side of the law, he can easily be found in bars or pubs throughout the world (He's a heavy drinker but can handle his liquor). Being a Predator, he won't spend much time chatting with a potential meal, preferring the 'latch and snap' technique many frogs use everyday: Latch onto Prey and quickly into his maw. Though Hugo prefers this style of 'dining', sometimes he just likes to cause mischief or torture to his lunch, giving a nice conversation or possibly tickling a helpless victim in his tongue's coils. He can also capture more than one prey by spewing a rather sticky and immobilizing slime, locking one meal in place as he goes after another. Though he may seem and sound rather abusive or rude, one who decides to befriend him might find he's rather nice to be around... If they can work around his humor and tendency to eat many of his friends... Hugo is Ticklish and Not a Willing Prey.
