So...Another old one. Figured I may as well upload it, always did kinda like this one. It's not great, but meh. It's from 2004, so it's my old style. This was when I was first getting comfortable soloing, especially around people.

It's an instrumental piece I did after school one day. I used this bass loop, some drums, and recorded a guitar riff to it, then I went at'er and soloed for like a good couple hours. I recorded most of it, then took big chunks and spliced them together.

I've been told it sounds kinda like a Neil Young "sloppy" style, which sloppy it certainly is. My older soloing style was very bluesy improv oriented and sure enough, here I am, raping the pentatonic.

There are some cool riffs in here that I like, two of which I think are noteable. One at or very near 1:36 and closely followed by another bit at 1:48, musta been a good take haha. The 1:48 reminds me of "Achilles Last Stand" by Zeppelin for sure. Oh ya, and the hit at the very end is actually a snare, I just did something weird to it that made it sound like that. Don't remember though...
