Been forever since I painted a proper background, and what better time than when you're doing it for a friend!
I did this piece for a friend who's done a few pieces of art for me, thought i'd return the favor and draw her this.
The character depicted is Amzarah, whom I call The Moss Maiden.
Amzarah belongs to this absolutely fabulous creature -

The text in this picture also isn't mine. She came up with it when I gave her the scenario of what I was drawing. Gotta say, it fits the part way too much
