He posts around 10 AM PST. And this is for Paid commissions.

:P I do too but i manage to get them on occasion. All you really need to do is as it says above (average time is about 10:20 but they have been earlier and later before). If you catch it early, in passing you can snag a spot. his streams also start around Noon PST. BGN also does Reservations for 20$ if you dont manage to catch a stream journal soon enough and he has a journal just about every Mon, Tues, Thurs, and Friday.
