I'm not sure why this happened either, after that arch i lost my will to continue / beat the game really ~ however i know what happens afterwards ~ with freya etc. - so I never finished the game. the rest of it is fairly obvious as to what happens.
bad guy defeated - blah blah blah... rebuild Burmecia, etc.
I mean it was a great story in the beginning, then it got a little... bland at the end
just my opinion ~
