You would not believe how many times I redrew this thing. Proportions are hard enough on real animals, but imaginary ones? Gah! <XD The swirls on the face/body were inspired partly from Celtic horse designs, and partly because I wanted this 'fish' to have side fins but actual fins kinda looked too busy. I mean, they could have worked as faux wings or something, but again, too busy. <XD

Just threw a little rough color on there for funs. Not final colors but I didn't wanna just post boring lineart.
