I did this a while back but forgot to upload it cx silly me.
Anyway this is how I draw my eyes normally, though this is a little rushed you get the concept.

Eye Tutorial:
1. Sketch out your eye until you're happy with it.
2. Line your eye (As shown in section 1)
3. Flat colour your eye and eyebrow (If you have drawn one) As shown in section 2.
4. Now colouring over just the blue part of the eye (Or whatever preferred color you have chosen)and make a new layer (Make sure you clip the layer) fill it in with black, after you have done that, erase a U shape out of it (As shown in section 3.) You will then overlay it to however deep you would like the colour.
5. Now using your marker tool, make another layer, clip that layer and using the colour white, and the stabilizer at S-7 (optional) you're going to make a C shape, change that to overlay also.
6. new layer again, clip it again, and this time we're using the pen in black, you're going to make what looks like a bridge over the eye, overlay it to your desired shadow.
7. Simply add the pupil in after you're satisfied with how your base has come out.
8. Now using your white pen, you're going to make a big circle of white (Depending on where the light is shining) place it just overlapping the pupil. then add four little ones underneath that also curl slightly. This is your shine, set it to luminosity and change the opacity to however you desire.
9. now using the black airbrush tool, you're going to make a bridge over the sclera (White part) and gently blur it in to blend the shadow of the eyelid. I also used multiply for this and changed the opacity.
10. Then for the final touch you're going to use your marker in a white and shade in the eyebrow gently, overlay, fiddle with the opacity. I have also used (Which is optional) the marker tool in white and added dashes of shine into the iris. Once you've done that you have completed your eye :D
