Not sure if you look any criticism, bit if you do highlight the text to see :
Hands themselves are fine, the problem is in the arms. The upper bits are short compared to lower. Lower bits should be the shorter one.
Tux is great, there's nothing looking wrong on it. There's just enough folds and wrinkles, so it still looks classy. The shading looks good to me, and fits the rest of the image. Black/dark grey is not that easy to shade and you did very well here. If you tried to push more things would have got way too dark, or the highlights too bright making things look weird.
The fluff details you have added to the tail kinda make it look weird to me. I cannot really offer any ideas as I am struggling making good looking tails myself for the time being haha.

Hmm, you're right on the arms, I always have that problem, either i make them too long or too short, haha. :) Thanks for the advice, and i agree with you on the tail, but this tablet's also kinda hard to shade with and the nib's way easier to grind down. Not so sure I like that but I do have my old tablet if it gets to be too annoying/hard to use.
When settling down the arms you want the upper part be long enough that when it is by the side of the char the tip of elbow just about touches the hip bone (I think that is the right term lol). The lower part would be a little shorter. You can get the relative proportions using your own body.
Maybe you can place something on the tablet surface ? My draw-on-screen device has plastic to plastic, no soft nibs... it didn't take much to get used to it and the nib never wears down (or doesn't seem to).
You'll get used to the new soon enough ~

Yay ^^
I think this came out great :3
The only thing I can really think of is to complain about is perhaps avoiding having black in the background behind a black suit.
May just appear bad because I'm on my phone, though.
That aside, I think you did well on all three of those things you mentioned, and I'm happy with this :3

Lorena's correct :3
Here's the suit reference ripped right from my commission document: http://redpillzen.com/wp-content/up....._suit_blac.jpg
I love black suits <3

I think you did a great job!
You know I'm not an artist and I'll leave the anatomy critique to those who know what they're doing.
However, you did a wonderful job on the suit. The shading in particular is just plain awesome and you made the black on black color scheme work very well.
I really like the character's expression and fur tones.
