This is another experiment with cycles. This time a run. I tried to convey the weight of the liquid she's filled up with bouncing. Let me know what you think.
Enjoy!

Nice work with this one. You did a good job showing the bounce of ehr belly and making it appear sloshy at the same time. Also very nice work making her body move very smoothly and uniformly. And again a very nice touch to have her tail bouncing with her steps as well. Good work!
It is that great even it is looking that simple you shure do have potential in you arround making some flash animations and you shure will be able making some things on her drawn smoother and using a lil more motion in her tail, that will make it look a lot better aswell.
To it i would like to say you should try to shade her pretty simple to take out some more her flatness and show a some more real and well animated vixen with a liquid/air filled body taht just is giggling arround.
Anyway if you improve fast and faster am i pretty shure you can make for others one or two little useful tutorials so they can learn how you did and change it into their style with some basics (like i really need to flash arround at all -.-' ). And at last keep going on and make better and better animations til you make a real lil flash animation. Cannot wait to see it ;).

Aside from the rather poor character art, the animation is suprizingly smooth, and your ability to create a proper appearance of a more gelatinous subject is quite astounding. What you lack in artistic ability you make up for with a technical understanding, and the art can improve with plenty of practice.
So keep up the work, don't be afraid to experiment and the rest should solve itself.

You know, I had an idea with this :p You could use this kinda like in a video game where you can control her as she fills up with food and tries to run left and right to catch more food making her tummy bigger and making her slower :p She works some of it off from running around and she has to try and have as much food as she can XD
Just a thought though

The jiggling is well done, but it doesn't really pop, if you'll forgive the unintended pun.
Try varying the line thicknesses in areas where weight falls, like the bottom of the belly and breasts, or where there's normal body squish to the thighs. Good use of line will really convey the weight without the time involved with shading.
On other notes, the breasts seem to jiggle in time with the belly. Some disparity would look more realistic.
My last note is that the biggest fundamental in character animation is to show how the weight of the figure moves. As this is now, the feet seem detached, when they should be the focal points for all the considerable body weight. Think about that as you position the body for the poses between steps.
I hope this helps! ^^
