Last week, my friends and I got together to write a song and music video, When I Come to Shore, and it's up now! It's to go along with the kinetic piece I built of the same name that's in the 3D print lab during the show.
It was an incredible process building the piece and doing the video here. There's no way I could have done it without the pier and it's folk. Most of the kinetics were designed in TinkerCad and 3D printed. I did all the paintings using a technique I developed during my residency called Etched Line watercolor using the laser cutters to etch and cut the watercolor paper. I designed the background was printed on a VersaCamm large format printer.
