Here is the proper ref sheet for Thunderbolt the Luxray.

This is Thunderbolt and he is a British Luxray and I decided to create him as I remember when I first played Diamond I had a Luxray who was very good on my team and I felt like taking a bit of a trip down Nostalgia Road. I know that Thunderbolt isn't very creative for an electric type but I thought it would be good as I wanted to reference another game as well.

Thunderbolt was a fantastic member on my team during my first adventures in Sinnoh and helped me out a ton when it came to capturing Pokemon and defeating Team Galactic. He can be a bit intimidating but he is a nice guy when you get to know him. He is someone you want to stay on the good side as his bad side would leave you SHOCKED (had to make a bad pun). Thunderbolt was first confused when I tried to get him to use the move ThunderBolt for obvious reasons but he managed to get the idea eventually.
