ALT TITLE-Those Heads are Mine!

Verde (In the Mass Effect Universe. Neo-Cerberus storyline *Made Up*) is a synthetic Product funded by cerberus.
With the Illusive man gone, Cerberus began to crumble and many workers were out of work. But, some members began to take over & re-establish Cerberus, renaming the new company - Neo Cerberus.

Neo Cerberus persued the same mission; to benifet Mankind
And one of the projects to do so, was to create a new brand of super soliders.
Reviving and repurposing Project Lazarus, a team began tampering with old mammillia, reptile & Fossil DNA, combining human and animal traitis. Adding Biotic implants, & attaching cybernetic implants to reconstruct the skeleton, much like the Legendary Commander Shepard.

One of their barley succussful Specimens, Verde, a tall Humanoid Reptile; appearing to be a T-Rex took shape. An unforseen spec of Bull DNA was found later in the coding, which suprisingly gave him a set of horns.
The Speciman was unstable at first, enraged and violent. But some reajusting and and we have stableised the subject. We found him to be very promising.
However, it was neccisary to later plant a chip in his brain, to control unsavory tendancies. It trained him & discouraged aggressive traits, and encouraged civil behavior.
He was soon after outfited and trained to be a Solider.

His handler and creator however keeps Verde on a long loose leash and has allowed him to venture off into the system and establish his own life. Reports says he gets along very well with the Krogan, Batarians and has developed an affection for the Asari. But dislikes most Turians, all Vorcha, and seems to be driven to consume Salarians and Hanar. Humans and Geth appear tolerable to him.
Somehow he's also found a 2nd life as a Bounty Hunter.
