This here is my new fave artistic liberty project, the only starting criteria I was given was to use that particular teal fur, make a kirin, and make it look good with the coat. Being a pirate coat I went aquatic and came up with this beauty who is 100% my own design :D

I am actually always open for work like this, that being artistic liberty fantasy projects where the customer is very open minded to leave the vast majority of the design to me. Just as with this person I would discuss the design and give a basic sketch plan along the way so the customer is not 100% in the dark. The customer here for example still got to approve the expression choice, just how dragon vs horse they wanted it, that they wanted whiskers, the fishy direction I took, etc etc.

Claws, hoofs and pawpads from DVC, the outfit was provided for me by the customer, the rest is 100% created by me :3
PS: HELP! I need more of this teal fur! The customer may get furry legs or a bodysuit at a future time and I do not have enough leftover for either! I bought this at E2Z Fabrics in the LA Fashion district, I am willing to pay the cost of the fur and shipping plus $10 to get 2-3 more yards of this fur.

I am also looking for this in white (saw none in November but they had the black in June so there is a chance) http://bigzfabric.com/index.php/fab.....le-fabric.html you can tell it is this fur for sure by the backing, the fur is applied like hair plugs into a mesh backing. I need at least 3 yards.
I'll pay the cost of the fur, plus $10-$20 for your time depending on if you find one or both, plus shipping.

I supposedly found a place online last night but my order status today says 'awaiting fulfillment' which to me says 'might not actually have it'
so yes, my gosh yes .__. if not for me then for others as I know I am not the only one looking for it, even if my online order pulls through 3 more yards would be welcome :)
