This is a song I'm constructing for a contest. If you comment, do you guys think I should add a trumpet or keep it as it is?
Enjoy!
You are like the leaves
that change their coats of green
to gentle brown
following my lead
past every decaying rounded seed
upon the ground
Rusted orange among the air
foreshadowing the wintry glare
but is kept down
barking howling with such ease
and romping among trees
I cannot frown
Wolf wind, please blow by me
bring that musky autumn
I so desperately need
run so fast
on your paws shaded cream
provide me with that deep blue sky dream
Show me with those lime eyes
the bones of those demised
lovers and brothers
But these aging months will bring
Blossomed brightened things
From our earth mother
My hemlock marking round my neck
and you with ebony lightly flecked
upon your back
bandaged up are your hind paws
with shaded earthy whitened maw
Beauty is not lack
Red squirrels dashing here and there
avoiding hunger so prepared
they dance
With crimson yellow orangey colors
compliment as if our brothers
Becoming entranced
Morning bristled with cool fog
leaping upon fallen logs
the earth is to sleep
padding on the forest floor
Keeps me wishing more and more
For this season to be deep
brave, victor autumn bold
Against the summer fold
it was felled
We will sit and watch the sky
The darkest azure that I
Have beheld
Dizzying with distinct love
Behold, from thine puffy clouds above-
Comes….the snow…ohh ohh…
Enjoy!

AW! *turns into a pink wolf, blushing* thank you so kindly for your comment! ^///^ it really made my day, that's for sure!
While I would love to be professionally recorded, I'm afraid I cannot afford it so I have to make due with my dinky little mic and the studio known as my room ^^; Again, I'm incredibly flattered by your comment! Thank you so much, dearest.

Sure! ^^
The best thing to work on is just working on one chord and practicing strumming. Get your paw in a set rhythem that works and practice. What helps me is listening to a song I like and trying to replicate the sound. Also, if you belong to a church or have a nieghborhood band- get together with them! Practing frequently can help with rhythem a nd strumming because you hear a lot of variety.

Jeez... How is it you don't have some kind of record deal going. Or maybe you do and you're not telling.
Seriously, you've got some major talent going on here; to play that well and to have such a melodic voice...I feel like an amateur. *stares at his own guitar*
This one is probably my favorite piece of music by you. Keep writing!

Thank you so much! I really am humbled by your recent comments! I have done recording before but it was in my high school years and only one song. I've always wanted to do high quality performing/recording- but haven't been found yet ^^ I'm not really too keen on being found though. I just enjoy this as a sort of hobby, but if I was to be discovered, I wouldn't really mind that either ;3 Tank you though! Keep practicing and you'll be great, I'm sure of it ^^
