I have been debating with myself whether I could post this here or not.... I've decided to do it since many other artists have posted mermaid art with human tops. So why not me?

I was inspired by Stupidoomdoodles on Tumblr. She made a small comic where Vegeta is a merman who sink ships for fun and Bulma is a human sent out to try and control him. Of course they fall for each other. Yay.
I'll make a color version of this picture.

This picture is supposed to be after Bulma and Vegeta has met many times. Even though they are from different worlds they have an increasing urge to be around each other and Bulma decides to jump into the water with the merman. Within seconds Vegeta is by her side and grabs her hand.
