This is a mod of a Nerf maverick for my cyborg costume.
nothing major just a paint job and I sanded off most of the nerf labeling.
I talked to security at AC and they told me I may be allowed to carry it but I had to leave something brightly colored so it's still recognizably a toy and I didn't bring any ammo. So I left the hunters orange parts

Oh thank goodness, that means I can have a bright green nerf style gun! I just need to repaint a few parts to fit the purple and green that the gun already has. BTW, I read the mavericks are one of the easiest to repaint of nerf guns, and I saw on ebay some guys took the new machine gun by nerf and painted it black.
Oh yes, and a LOT of people have taken the Maverick and turned it steampunk in color design and are selling them on ebay. BTW, when is your birthday?
Yeah, and the Vulcan's $40 bucks. Though I have thought of getting the new version of the Tommy 20, which is only $20.
