Eh, I skipped the straight block color and started adding a few details. Next comes the massive task of shading, made all that much harder by the fact I don't have a graphics tablet. >_>;;

~sighs~ Anyway, I'm not entirely sure about the red skirt... though in my mind it was meant to be more like a kilt, so it would have a plaid pattern on it. Might just make both her shirt and skirt blue-black (yes, that shirt will end up darker after the shading has been applied).

If anyone can suggest a better colour for either of them, preferably in hex colors which is what I work with, then feel free to suggest away. Also, constructive criticism is always welcome too.
