She had no idea - until she saw Jake wearing them. Honestly she knows Jake is beyond diapers at this stage in his life. She wants to see Jake strive for his future and not do too much regression into his past, so I'd say not.
She's supportive, but there is a limit. If she saw Jake wearing diapers for no reason, she'd definitely question as to why. This was quite a valid reason.
