My Arcani is different from teh normal Arceus. She has a transformation that I call the Released Form. It took a while to come up with a design for this form. Well here is the released Arcani. She has wings but in this pic they are conceled. She does have many abilities. All her attacks are non-elemental and her signature move is Royal Judgment a.k.a Grand Judgment. She can use any elemental whenever she desires but that is a rarity. Face is a little messed up because i am still working on it
